Original Cafeteria Ghost: Egg sandwiches are now sold out! Only one deluxe minced meat cutlet sandwich left!
EN Cafeteria Ghost: Egg sandwiches are now sold out! One one deluxe ham and cheese left!

During the Twst x Disney Tsum Tsum collaboration event “minced meat cutlet sandwich” was translated directly for English-speaking players.
In a tweet from 2022 Yana comments:
I believe that the ‘Deluxe Minced-Meat Cutlet Sandwich’ in Twst’s school cafeteria was changed for the North American release (I think?), but in California there was an abundance of teriyaki-style offerings including Katsu Sandwiches, and Downtown Disney even had a seaweed bento with miso soup–it is amazing that Japanese food has spread so far.”

Original Grim: Nyahaha! This yakisoba bread and cream bread are mine, too!
EN Grim: Myahahaha! I also snagged a bear claw AND a cronut!

Original Ruggie: Hey, mind trading this mini red bean bun for that deluxe minced-meat cutlet sandwich?
EN Ruggie: Might you be willing to trade your deluxe grilled cheese for this very exciting hot dog bun?

Original Grim: What’s that takoyaki? I wanna eat it, I wanna eat it!
EN Grim: Whoa, what’s a corn dog! I wanna try one! Come to papa, whatever you are!

Original Ace: Magical Shift…magift, for short, is a sport played by competing teams of seven people.
EN Ace: Spelldrive is a sport played by competing teams of seven people.

Original Riddle: I also agree with Vil-senpai’s opinion.
EN Riddle: I am in complete agreement with Housewarden Vil.
(No housewarden has ever referred to another with the “Housewarden” title in the original game, and no non-housewarden character has ever used the title with a housewarden of a separate dorm from their own.)

Original Floyd: Kingyo-chan, what are you doing in a place like this? Hide and seek? Sounds like fun.
EN Floyd: What brings you to our humble abode, huh? Playing hide-and-seek? Sounds like fun.
Jade and Floyd’s introduction scene was rewritten as though it is taking place at Octavinelle, when it is not.

Original Jade: My, everyone from Heartslabyul, together.
EN Jade: My, it would appear a contingent from Heartslabyul House has paid us a little visit.

Original Jade: We cannot abide the act of spying.
EN Jade: We take a dim view of spying at Octavinelle.

Original Jack: What does that have to do with me?
EN Jack: Go on.
(Jack’s original line “What’s that got to do with me” was retained in the English-language adaptation of the manga.)

Original Option 2: A yellow-green armband…what dorm is that?
EN Option 2: A yellow armband…which house is that?
(Diasomnia’s armband is not yellow)

Original Leona: I know you’re there, frosh. It’s poor taste to stand and listen with ears as big as yours.
EN Leona: I know you’re there, frosh. No use hiding.
(Leona’s original line “It’s not very polite to listen in with those big ears you have” was retained in the English-language adaptation of the manga.)

Original Leona: …get out of my sight, if you want to see the light of another day.
EN Leona: Get outta my sight.
(Leona’s original line “If you want to see the dawn of another day” was retained in the English-language adaptation of the manga.)

Original Leona: …tch. That frosh…he sounds just like my brother.
EN Leona: Tch. Stupid frosh…Talkin’ like he’s better than me.
(Leona’s original line “He talks like my brother” was retained in the English-language adaptation of the manga.)

Original Leona: …what do any of you know? Don’t lecture me like you’re my brother…
EN Leona: What do you know about how I feel?!

Original Cater: You only just recovered from the blot, you can’t do that!
EN Riddle: Don’t be a hero, man!

Original Leona: I’m the hated second-born prince who won’t ever be king!
EN Leona: I’m a secondborn prince who won’t ever be king.

Original Leona: Ironic, right? A prince of the savanna, where droughts are despised more than anything, and the magic he was born with dries out everything, turning it to sand!
EN Leona: Ironic, ain’t it? Nothin’ the savanna hates more than a drought. Yet its prince dessicates everything–reduces it to sand!
(“The magic he was born with” was removed from EN but in the novel it is emphasized that a part of Leona’s suffering came from people in his home assuming that he had wanted and/or worked hard to acquire his destructive unique magic, when he’d never had the chance to decide for himself what it would be, unlike other mages: another aspect of his life determined by his birth, that he cannot change no matter how hard he tries.)

Original Grim: I got up to use the bathroom and you were gone.
EN Grim: I got up to warm up some milk. Was gonna ask if you wanted some.
Grim’s “got up to use the bathroom” line was retained in the English-language adaptation of the manga.
