Vil says that, prior to transferring to Pomefiore, Rook only cared about whether or not his clothing was easy to move in and would “waltz all over the place in sweatpants with frayed hems or jeans with torn knees, without even bothering to mend them.”

Rook says that he has since developed an appreciation for personal care and he is complimentary of his outfits for Glorious Masquerade, New Year, Port Fest, and the Eternity Float event.
