Jack is possibly being re-characterized on EN as being less abrasive than he actually is:
Original Jack: In the end, no one ever came back to the counter. Tch, what a waste of a trip.
EN Jack: There’s still no one at the counter, huh.
Original Jack: What!? Tomorrow!? Are you stupid or something? Get started earlier.
EN Jack: What? TOMORROW? Are you kidding? Why didn’t you start on it sooner?
This difference in Jack’s characterization between servers is possibly why EN players are sometimes surprised to learn that Jack uses more rude language than almost anyone else in the entire game, second only to Leona. More here ▶︎

Original Jack: What does that have to do with me?
EN Jack: Go on.

Original Jack: Don’t act like we’re close. I don’t recall ever making friends with you.
EN Jack: Get your paws off. It’s called personal space.

Original Jack: My ears are in the way and the hood…damn…whatever, as long as it’s not rude.
EN Jack: My ears are in the way, so I can’t keep the hood up. Ugh. Oh well. What’re they gonna do, flog me?
(Jack’s concern about being dressed inappropriate during the ceremony removed from EN.)
Original Jack: Yes……! Vil-san…no, Vil-senpai!
EN Jack: Thank you, Vil! Er, H-housewarden!
(No character in the original game ever uses the “Housewarden” title with any other character who is not the housewarden of their own dorm, with the one-time exception of a sarcastic Leona. More here▶︎)

Original Deuce: You’re from a cold place in the northern part of the Shaftlands, right?
EN Deuce: You’re from a cold place that’s farther north than the Shaftlands, right?

Deuce confirms with Jack that he is from a place in the northern part of the Shaftlands, rewritten (accidentally?) for EN to make it sound like he actually from a different country even farther north, when he’s not.

A character trait of Jack’s that is not reaching EN due to language restrictions is that he struggles with adding “-senpai” to Azul’s name, often saying it only after a significant pause, as though he is torn between not being able to be rude to an upperclassman but also not wanting to be polite to Azul.
The Stitch event is possibly the first time we see him apply this reluctance to Floyd as well (though he has dropped the honorific from Floyd’s name entirely in the past. More here: Jack and Honorifics).
