Any time that Jade or Floyd refer to one or the other as “brother” in the game it was an addition to their dialogue that did not originally exist.

Any time that Jade or Floyd refer to Azul as “sir” in the game was also an addition to their dialogue that did not originally exist.

There was also a significant change made to Jade in an official Twitter advertisement for Twisted Wonderland:
Original Jade: It is your own fault for failing to fulfill your contract.
EN Jade: I couldn’t fufil my contract…and you, my dear, are to blame..
Original Jade: To become capable of granting Floyd’s and Azul’s wishes.
EN Jade: I wish for Azul and Floyd’s wishes to come true.
(In Jade’s dorm vignette we see that he is capable of granting Floyd’s wish but he does not choose to do so, so this may be an important distinction.)
