According to the 2024/25 loungewear birthday series, characters who seem to wear makeup regularly are Trey, Cater, Ace, Deuce, Leona, Azul, Jade, Floyd, Kalim, Jamil, Vil, Rook, Malleus and Lilia, who all use phrasing where it sounds like makeup is a regular part of their daily getting-ready routine.
Note: Jade and Jamil both use the word リップ, which could technically be lip balm or lipstick. Did not want to unilaterally decide that they are wearing lipstick when it might be lip balm (or vice verse), so it has been translated as the slightly awkward “lip product,” instead.
Jade says a lip product with sunscreen in it, while Jamil says “colored lip product.”
Floyd also might wear makeup as a part of his usual routine but exactly what and how much might vary by his mood. In his vignette he tries out a variety of different eye-makeup types but then gets bored and doesn’t use any at all.
Ruggie does own makeup (that he was not able to resell) but he makes a point of specifying in his vignette that he is putting it on in order to make a good impression on his birthday. Does he not usually wear makeup as a part of his daily routine, only for special occasions?
Ortho explains that he can’t wear makeup or hair accessories and giving him the ability to modify his appearance in similar ways is one of the things that his loungewear gear can do.
Riddle mentions putting on toner, sunscreen and lip cream with sun protection, but does not say anything about makeup.
Idia mentions putting on toner and lotion and Sebek applies sunscreen and moisturizing lip cream? But they also do not mention makeup.
Jack says plainly that he usually does not wear makeup.
Epel and Silver share a moment in their vignettes where they both explain that they don’t use any makeup while their dormmates look at them like this ( •̅_•̅ ٥)
