A comparison of the official English translation of volume 8 of the Twisted Wonderland manga vs. the original manga (vs. the original game vs. EN server)
Interestingly Jade refers to Azul as “manager” in the opening of the original manga but uses Azul’s name in the same scene in the original game, EN game and EN manga (he does not call Azul by name in this scene in the novel).
The EN manga chose to follow the example of the EN game instead of the manga itself. (Later in the same volume Jade again refers to Azul as “manager,” retained in the EN manga.)

The line “keepin’ your friends close and your anemones closer over there” was added to Ace’s dialogue for the EN game, not carried over to the EN manga.

EN Manga Ace: So what, you give us this bad boy image, but you’re actually a responsible student?!
Original Game/Manga Jade: I won’t do anything to hurt you.
EN Game Jade: This won’t hurt one bit.
EN Manga Jade: This won’t hurt…it’ll just make you an honest man.
Original Game/Manga Azul: From today, I am the man who will be your master.
EN Game/Manga Azul: …as of today, you have to listen to everything I say.
(English-language adaptations seem to have an interesting relationship with the word “master.” More here ▶︎)
Original Game/Manga/EN Game Azul: …you are to devote yourselves to my service until such time as you graduate.
EN Manga Azul: You are to devote yourselves to my service…for all eternity.
(Two pages later EN-Manga-Azul has an accurately translated line about how the servitude is only to last until the students graduate, so the “for all eternity” change was likely meant to be just a reference to Ursula’s contracts in the Little Mermaid movie rather than an attempt to change story canon.)

Originally the EN game also carried over honorifics by certain characters such as Crowley, dropping them from Book 3 onward.
The English-language adaptations change from medium to medium, with Deuce’s “Diamond-senpai” being “Cater” in the EN game, “Mr. Diamond” in the EN manga until volume 4 where it was then changed to “Cater,” and just “Diamond” in the EN novel.
While the EN novel will sometimes have Crowley use “Mr.” with the students, sometimes he does not.
The EN Manga has maybe the most accurate adaptation of Riddle’s overblot scene, where Riddle demanding that he be called “Riddle-sama” was changed to “Housewarden Riddle” in the EN game and novel but kept as “Lord Riddle” for the EN manga.
(Azul uses “-san” with all first-year characters in the original game with maybe this one instance of “Jack-Howl-kun” being the only exception. As it was changed to “-san” in the manga, it is possible that the “-kun” of the game was a continuity error. More here ▶︎)

EN Game Azul: ..and more to the point, it would go straight to my thighs.
EN Manga Azul: Most of all…I would feel tired all day.
Azul’s issues with food are well documented in the game, only sometimes removed from EN (more here ▶︎).
In the early days the EN game would add “sir” to dialogue for Jade and Floyd when they were speaking to Azul. While EN does not seem to be doing so in newer content, the twins saying “sir” to Azul was also added to the English-language manga.
