Riddle and Friendship

Riddle says he wants to make “lots and lots of friends.”

As of this writing the only person Riddle has referred to as a friend is Trey.

In Book 6 Azul refers to him as a friend and Riddle is incredulous, saying, “I’m not very knowledgeable about the rules of friendship, but I thought friends would be more—“ but he does not finish the sentence.

Heartslabyul students say that he is friends with Cater.

In his dream Riddle refers to the entire dream-hopping group as his friends but this has not been counted as everyone except Trey and Chenya were strangers to him at the time, contrary to reality.
