It is mentioned by multiple characters that first-year students are four people in a room at NRC, but if there is a fourth person in Sebek’s room they seem elusive, maybe never appearing or being mentioned as of this writing.
Jack says:
I’d like them to do something about the rule requiring freshmen to stay four to a dorm room…Sophomores get to be in two-person dorms, which is for sure an improvement.
The rooms themselves are bigger, too…Compared to our upperclassmen, our rooms get less sunlight to start with.
