Sebek, Jade and Grim

Sebek says that, while Jade invited him to join the Mountain Lovers Club, he refused as it would interfere with his duties guarding Malleus.

The two overlap mostly during Harveston, where Jade suggests that they eat together in order to share and try a greater variety of foods and does not wait for Sebek to actually agree before proceeding. 

When Sebek chooses snowflake and polka dot patterns and an orange accent for his plushie Jade teases him with, “So that’s how you normally dress outside of school.”

Sebek scolds Idia for yawning during the Harveston race only to then immediately yawn himself, which Jade is certain to acknowledge.

Sebek is very often bickering with Grim, often instigated by Sebek himself: he teases Grim about how much help he was (or wasn’t) during the drama of Glorious Masquerade and tells him during Harveston that their chances of winning would improve without him, instigating a snowball fight between them.

When Grim runs away in search of food, Sebek is the first person to pursue him.

They also argue in Lilia’s dream over who was the most unhelpful during an attack on a camp, about who is allowed to eat in what order, and when Sebek tells him to stay back during the dangerous situation at the citadel Grim teases him by threatening to set him on fire.

Sebek is very proud of the Briarland royal guardsman armor that Baul blesses him with, boasting to Grim about his “magnificent armaments.” Grim leaves during the monologue, leaving Sebek to cry out to him, “Listen to meee!”

Sebek invites Grim to train with him in the morning to help wake him up and Grim refuses.

There are also multiple examples of both Grim and Sebek insulting one another, often apropos of seemingly nothing.
