Idia Shroud’s Magic

Idia “upgrades” a magical souvenir from Fleur City that Malleus describes as having such faint magic that “it was practically a toy for infants.”

Malleus says he senses “potent magic” within Idia’s version of the handkerchief, and Azul says “it must be imbued with quite a bit of power.” Idia says that he made “just a few minor customizations using the most rudimentary magic analysis,” increasing its magic capacity by 100 times its previous strength.

Much like Jade, Epel and Sebek, Idia also imbues a plushie with magic during the Harveston sled race.

Idia says that his best subject is summoning, which Riddle describes as “a challenging arena of magic, requiring both breadth of knowledge and ability to quickly and accurately execute complicated procedures.” Idia compares it to playing a video game.

Idia also seems to use magic to eject Magicam Monsters during Halloween with Crowley’s encouragement, possibly via levitation magic.

He mentions using magic to put manga back on a shelf, and while he once considers casting a magical barrier we do not actually see him do so.

We also see Idia magically produce water and fix his hair.

It is implied during the Halloween event that Idia uses magic to repel ghosts, though the spells that may have been involved are never specified.
